Come out of the closet NOW all you who have no more confidence in the current PM and government

I have been thinking about these MPs that have lost their confidence in Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and the BN government, and have been wondering why they have not yet declared so publicly. Why have they not left the BN? Why are they waiting?

A friend said that it was because they wanted to be SURE...sure that there will be enough MPs crossing over so that Pakatan Rakyat will have the majority required to form the next government...(they want to move from present government --- to next new government - not just to find themselves as Opposition MPs...)

So, does that mean that if there is not enough to become majority - then they will still stay having 'confidence' (or should we say pretending to have confidence in...) in the premiership of Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and the present BN government?

Mmmm... interesting. If that is the case, I may have to say that it is rather unprincipled behaviour...

I wonder whether I would want such MPs in the Pakatan Rakyat?

I say, if you have no more confidence in the premiership of the Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, then publicly declare it....

If you have no more confidence in the BN government - then declare it.

If you are a political party - then follow the example of SAPP, and leave the BN. Decide later whether you want to join the Pakatan Rakyat coalition or not?

If you are a Member of Parliament, then leave the BN and maybe even your party - Be an independent like Ibrahim Ali or maybe join one of the other opposition parties...

Come out of the closet and openly declare your preference...

If you do, that will say a lot about your character...

  1. Agreed... it's like... they are not publicly jumping ship because they are afraid that they end up losing their chances to be a minister or what...

  3. Your suggestion is too simplistic. Not in this country with the present government. If you declare then you are inviting trouble. Just look at Teresa, she did nothing wrong but see what happen to her. With the current scenario, no body wants that kind of protection that was accorded to that reporter. GOD bless Malaysia.

  4. What make a leader diffrent with follower is leader make decision!, make a stand!. in 1965, Lee Kwan Yew make a tough decision and he succeed as a great leader!, today Zaid Ibrahim made his stand and he stand tall as a great leader to the Rakyat!. People like OKT, KSK, Sami make noises on issues, but mere noise! to the ear of BN. Mr MP!, you can make a change by just believing. I voted in the last election after failing many of them. Now we rakyat believe we can change the country future. Infat, my personal opinion: the rakyat and the bloggers has lead the change thus far! we need you to think as an ordinary rakyat, as a father, a grandfather! and make you decision!

    If you support ABB!, stay!
If you support ISA arrest!, saty!
If you think BN is the right Goverment to govern, stay!
If you think our country is doing great, stay!

    BUT;
DO NOT STAY, BECAUSE OF RISK OF BECOMING OPPOSITION!. YOU SHOULD BE PROUD AS OPPOSITION AT CURRENT MOMENT!!!!!

    Anyhow... your choice!

  5. That's how ife is with politicians. They think about positions and perks. They must not lose out. In the end, it is the rakyat who will lose out

  6. How right you are, ny friend. Although, they may also be worried about a government crackdown by BN using the ISA for instance. Personally, I think it's high time Pak Lah granted Anwar a face-off. If he thinks Anwar's bluffing, then call his bluff. Pak Lah should be a man and do the right thing, for once in his life...

It is very Sad that the legacy of Malaysian Independence is reduced by this Moronic Flip Flop into great disrepute and a laughing stock of the whole world and knowing very well that the UMNO Government has technically collapsed and but he has decided to shamelessly still cling on to power via dubious means like hiding himself via using of the ISA and we cannot imagine that the Malaysia Moronic Flip Flop has now stoop so low and using the Police Deputy IGP as his willing tools especially the Deputy IGP's clearly taking side as the Police must be neutral and should be not politiking for him.

After 51 years MALAYSIA IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE but backwards because of the Oppression from the UMNO goons’ divide and rule fear tactics the Rakyats have matured & you must see all this coming because All The Rakyats of Malaysia are all fed-up & can no longer with-stand the hypocrisies, bullshits, lies and deceits of these UMNO Clowns now in Power ok???

We urge all BN Components MPs with a conscience to do the necessary to make possible a New Malaysia for all Rakyats of Malaysia so that all our children and their children & their children’s children’s future will be safe and secured in the Country we all love and not be intimidated by those UMNO Clowns now in power with their oppressive & fear tactics and in the verge of making Malaysia a Police State if left unchecked otherwise. Save RPK as he is the midst of a conspiracy of the real murderers of Altantuya to silence him for good, instead of being C4ed he could be poisoned and worse off if he is on hunger strike by himself. The Acting IGP is defending the Police position after being made the tools of UMNO’s fear tactics & so he is now making lame excuses for being the Stringed Puppet to be easily manipulated by the Puppeteer, power that be.

Moronic PeeM and Botak Home Minister last minutes’ attempts to cling on power by using the fear tactics of using the ISA at their whims and fancies selectively against dissent & tried to deny their own actions as they now have no balls to face the wrath of the all the Rakyats of Malaysia. ONE DAY THE MORONIC BOTAK AND FLIP FLOP AND C4 MUST BE MADE TO TASTE THEIR OWN MEDICINE OK?

All Rakyats of Malaysia will see to that these Clowns will be thrown out soon come the New Dawn of Malaysia & that all Rakyats of Malaysia will welcome the New Malaysia on Malaysia Day 916, 2008 for a Malaysia for All Malaysians.

Justice MUST BE DONE for Altantuya and for all those detained under ISA without the trial nor the rights of appeal. Light-up a Candle in the Lantern of the Mid-Autumn Festival for them all to usher in the NEW DAWN OF MALAYSIA COME 916, 2008

  8. MPs who want to cross over have no morals. They were elected on a BN ticket. If they think Anwar is so good, they should resign and stand again in a by-election so that the voters can decide. Mps who want to cross over to Anwar's camp are just opportunists who only care about their own money-making positions and power. Period.

  9. The above coward who remain anonymous is so "HISTORY BLIND".

Isn't BN takeover Sabah state assembly by having PBS MPs to cross over before?? So when BN do it... it is good. When "TERKENA BATANG IDUNG SENDIRI", then it is no moral.

    Piirah...
