Muhyiddin's and Mahathir's arti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) wants a 'new government' - but he is not clear whether he wants a government other than a UMNO-BN government? We know that initially all that they wanted was for Najib no more to be the Prime Minister...so, are they OK if somebody else from UMNO-BN is Prime Minister. That looks like the case...so, is that not in contradiction with what the Opposition wants - a government other than a UMNO-BN government or a government that includes UMNO-BN?
When Malaysians are multi-racial and multi-religious - one nationality - Malaysians, arti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia is exclusive for Malays(or is it Bumiputra too?). Either way it excludes a lot of Malaysians. Anwar's party PKR is a multi-racial party. PAS too has open its doors to non-Muslims, and even placed non-Muslim candidates at the last General Elections. DAP, PRM, PSM and others are multi-racial parties...hence, could we say that Bersatu is a racist party? Malaysians today want political parties that does not bar any citizen from becoming members...or are we still for ethnic-based parties?
Hence, Mahathir, Muhyiddin and BERSATU needs to sit down and decide...are they just wanting to remove Najib or remove the UMNO-BN from the next government after the General Elections...
