Saifuddin Nasution - Gobind Singh Deo - TM mungkin tipu pengguna jika tak hantar Bil?

TM apparently stopped sending phone bills to consumers - now you are supposed to go to the Post Office or TM, give your TM account number and the pay the amount as they say?

Telephone Bills contain billing information 
- the phone number you called, the time of the call, the charges?  
- the SMS you sent, and the charge for it..

This was TRANSPARENCY ...and it allowed customers to check and see if the Bill is correct, OR if TM is overcharging us for calls we never made ...

NOW, TM tells us the amount to pay ...and we pay.

Malaysians are not stupid...we want to know the details of the Bill...to check and make sure TM is not over-charging us...

Suddenly, after Pakatan Harapan comes into power - TM is misbehaving ...and now Malaysian consumers can easily be cheated, and would not even know if TM is cheating us..

This is a CONSUMER issue, the Minister responsible must act...

Sending TM Bills by email, or even asking customers to access online billing information is not the solution...

We still need our TM Bills to be send to our home/office addresses containing full details as usual..

Problem is TM seems to have a MONOPOLY on land-lines....if not, consumers could simply choose some other service provider than send us Bills...

TM is a GLC s0 the government has a say...
