The Call of all Justice and Human Rights Loving Persons, who believe in true democracy is and should be as follows:-

We call for the abolition of the Internal Security Act (ISA) and all other laws that allow for Detention Without Trial.

We call for the immediate and unconditional release of all persons that are being currently held/detained/restricted under the ISA and other laws that allow for Detention Without Trial.

We are for the full exercise of a persons freedom of expression, freedom of opinion and freedom of assembly (and protest).

Malaysia's using of police, tear gas, water cannons, violence, arrest/detention, etc to prevent these exercise of freedom is condemned. Najib's and the the UMNO-led BN's behaviour clearly show that Malaysia is not truly a democracy - but, is in fact, a 'dictatorial' regime that prevents public expression of other opinions/viewpoints...Shame on you Malaysia...

the Legal Aid Bureau is formed by the Bureaucratic Government of Malaysia, funded and supported by the Government.

Bar Council is separate and independent from Government influence.

Bar Council does not have a Legal Aid Center.

Kuala Lumpur Bar's Legal Aid Center is the one you are referring to.

There is a difference.

Thanks.
