Nov 3 MTUC Pickets revealed by MTUC in NST report...

A recent NST report tells us where these pickets or protest will be happening, and the MTUC has called on members of the public to also join in the protest. I do hope that some media agency will report full details of the said venues...which town in Pahang, is it Kuantan? What about the other states?

KUALA LUMPUR: A nationwide picket organised by the Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC) over amendments to the Employment Act 1955 will be held on Thursday.

MTUC president Mohd Khalid Atan said the picket, from 5pm to 6.30pm, was expected to be attended by 800,000 members and the public are also welcomed to join. "We have identified locations for pickets deemed strategic as they can be seen by the public but will not obstruct traffic flow." Among the locations are Jalan Raja Laut here, Seremban City Hall field in Negri Sembilan, state mosque field in Pahang, MTUC building in Perak and in front of Pearl View Prai Hotel in Penang.
